They sent the printer I ordered (Ender 5 Pro with BL Touch and glass bed upgrades), but the product was defective - a stray wire across the power to the bed heater to the bed sensor shorted the mainboard the first time I powered it up. I verified the problem first visually (after the short, I saw the stray wire!), then verified with an ohm meter that the MOSFET on the mainboard was fried, causing a runaway temperature on the bed during heating. I reached out to their customer support - all I needed was to swap out the main board! They responded "thanks we'll get back to you". After a few days, I pinged them again, they said "swap the sensors of the bed and extruder and tell us what you see". I shook my head, but complied and faithfully reported back. More crickets. After a few more days, I opened a second ticket and sent them a message on Facebook. They said "thanks, we'll check with our engineers and get back to you". I know what "slow rolling" is when I see it. I waited two weeks, and have still heard nothing back. I finally ordered a replacement board off eBay, and put it in. It works fine... Update:I received the parts and as I stated in the previous post, the parts they sent were wrong. I contacted them when they arrive about a month ago and again contacted them....

no resolution.

I have emailed telling 3Dbayprinters several times they did not send the right and they do not respond!!!!! I would really appreciate any help from PC.

I had a printer overheat while I was asleep. It melted the heating bed and the printer mat, and of course the print failed at about 90% into a 13 hour print. It could have burnt my house to the ground. Most homes if that happened there would have been loss of life. They Dont give a *** I have never used the printer other than the first attempt. This is the second of the identical printer i have purchased, I love the first one, it is printing an 11 hour project right now. {{Redacted}}!!!! 3D Printer Bay. You get what you pay for. After 14 days you will not here from them as that is the window to return. I purchased this printer in March and it has sat ever since. They will not tell you what parts they are sending. I bet when I get the parts which are impossible to track will not be complete or correct. So round and round we go again.I wanted to send the printer back and have not heard from them since.

your company seems to have been waiting for your return policy time limit to run out. very shameful. with many companies working remote, my cry for help shouldn't have been ignored for so long. when i finally get this 'new' printer repaired through another company, you'll hear my thoughts.

I received a 4 max pro printer was supposed to be 8 days for delivery nothing happened for almost a month then they said they didnt have black in stock so I settled for the white one I was tired of waiting. received the printer a little over a month later upon opening noticed the main ribbon cable was all bunched up and kinked and had small indents didnt think much of it so I started printing a day later in the middle of a 12 hour print the nozzle stopped heating so I filled out a ticket with anycubic originally ordered from 3d printer bay I just wanted to fix it. after about a week of filling out multiple tickets and sending pics of the problem they sent me an email saying to send pics and what is the problem ?? I was straight getting the run around so at this point I just want my money back so I said please send me a return slip and they said they rarely return things? So i never got a return slip it's coming on 2 months since i ordered and now I have made a case with paypal they have the worst customer service out there!!! Beware!!!

I've had a couple of complaints. Most recently the printer refuses to print due to filament falsity being reported as out. I believe this to be due to the mother board but not sure. Nothing from 3DPrintersBay, nothing from Tronxy. I've requested a refund, but like all my other complaint tickets, they ignore me. Hey, they got my money so what do they have to talk about? Just be aware this company will do NOTHING in the area of support.

on receipt of my printer, I found it was completely missing the WiFi module(February) I contacted 3dprintersbay and was forwarded to James with Flsun. I was promised that the module would be sent at that time. Now James is offering me $5 instead of what I paid for. To purchase the module and program will cost $45.

I placed an order for a Creality Ender 5 Pro because it said "in stock" so I paid with Paypal and they snapped up my money pretty fast... When I tried to cancel my order the very same day its like this guy Andy at 3d printers bay had no control at all of where my money went... He emailed the company a few times as i also received copies of the messages with absolutely no reply.... I contacted creality and they say they have no such order for me so Ill never buy anything from this garbage company they will take your money and tell you to deal with paypal to get your money back...Im actually not sure who is worse, 3Dprintersbay, or Creality? But since 3dprintersbay isnt even the one selling the printers id just warn everyone to stay far away, your better off using ebay and amazon.

Don't get fooled by good prices!

So during my horrible experience I find out that 3D Printers Bay = HE3D They are the same company!! So when you buy the "inflated" USA Warehouse price you are paying the warehouse price plus HIGHEST ship rate to US. The best part is that if you pay them... your payment is still not processed by them but rather the host manufacturer. This mean WHEN you file a paypal complaint... the manufacturer is the one who gets the claim... in my case HE3D.. i get nothing but a receipt from 3D Printers Bay. My Issues began on Dec 24th when i placed my order. As of this writing (3 weeks after purchase) no communication form 3D Printers Bay has been received by myself or paypal. ::Update 2018-01-08:: As i was called by a rep from HE3D that basically threatened to divert the printer from delivering if i did not close my PayPal case so they could get their money. Not sure why they don't realize that if they had shipped from the USA Warehouse, as stated on the receipt, then they would have avoided me getting PayPal involved to begin with.

By "good" prices, do you mean "cheap" ? If so, you really ought to realize that cheap crummy equipment is the most expensive kind ; it won't do what you want, it will break down frequently, and it will need to be replaced sooner than normal.

Worst 3d printer seller by far If there was an option for no stars, I would chose that. Extremely unresponsive seller. Started a case through PayPal and still no response. Now it's escalated to a claim. Just to give some insight. I ordered a $600 large scale 3dprinter. Still not even showing processing after almost a month. Only thing shown is something along the lines of "order received". UPDATE: they continue and continue to say they sent a refund. Nothing at all. Nothing showing on their site, PayPal or my bank account. Had to open a dispute on PayPal as leverage. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a 3D printer seller or any seller to be exact. All other reviews are most likely fake considering this is actually a Chinese company. Take my advice and avoid this site at all costs.
